RATES:
**note** all our rate vary on the size of the area needed to be cleaned. We do have a four hour minimum for all base estimates.
The base rate on houses is based on a standard a two bedroom two bathroom house. We will tell you how much it is going to cost you up front when you contact us for estimates.
For free estimates on apartments residences and condominiums call us or email us. The rates may be lower than houses.
Our cleaning services include:
1 person ($60) at 15 per hour based off four hours
2 for 26 ($104) at 26 per hour based off four hours
First time thorough cleaning
First time thorough cleaning starts at $120.00 for small homes. For larger homes the rate will be higher.
Fallow up cleaning (weekly or bi-weekly) cleaning starting at $ 90.00
Once a month cleaning starting at $120.00 for small homes.
One time thorough cleaning starting at $150.00.
One time cleaning is ideal for (you pay for 4 hour to get started)

Rental properties??? Need a deep cleaning???? Well we will clean it so good there should not be any reason for landlords to keep the deposit...... starting at $200.00
Additional cleaning services Inside refrigerator/freezer and oven $20.00 each.
Widows are a breeze for us! We can have your windows so clean they will shine almost as if they were new again. We have products that will get almost any window clean. Prices vary and are negotiable. Please contact us for more information.
